The new `yorker locations` command group lets you list, create, rotate runner keys for, and delete private locations without leaving the terminal. Paired with a [reference `docker-compose.yml`](https://github.com/Reverse-Sweep-Ltd/yorker/pull/783) you can copy into your own infrastructure, standing up a behind-firewall location now takes minutes.

Private location runs are billed at 50% of the hosted rate.
